Marc Orts-Porcar

Marc graduated in 2014 from the University of Extremadura and subsequently completed a Small Animal Rotating Internship in Alicante. He also worked in 1^st opinion at the Veterinary Hospital San Vicente, Alicante and followed this with a Diagnostic Imaging Internship in Valencia. He gained the Postgraduate Degree in Diagnostic Imaging (Neoanimalia) in 2016.

Marc has worked as a Diagnostic Imaging Clinician in a number of veterinary hospitals in Spain, moving to the UK in 2020.

He joined the Diagnostic Imaging team at Pride Veterinary Centre as Ultrasonographer in 2020 and more recently became a Resident in Veterinary Diagnostic Imaging.

Marc’s enjoys all the diagnostic imaging modalities but has a particular interest in abdominal ultrasonography (especially in vascular anomalies and oncology) and in thorax imaging (X-ray and CT studies).
