Referred Pets

We offer a full range of services to keep your pets happy and healthy

If your pet has been referred to us, we aim to give you the very best outcome for your pet.

We work closely with your own vet to provide a seamless referral process that is least disruptive to both you and your pet. We offer a wide range of services for pets that have been referred to us and you can rest assured that we will take great care of both you and your pet. What’s more our hospital facilities are second to none, we have highly qualified and experienced staff, state-of-the-art equipment and modern facilities. We have ample parking, and should you wish to remain in Derby during your pet’s stay with us there is plenty of accommodation.

We will try to provide all the information you need to help you when your pet has been referred. If you need to discuss your pet, please call our reception desk on 01332 548911 and one of our friendly team will be able to help you.

We aim to make the referral process as hassle free as possible for you. You can contact us at any time whilst your pet is with us by calling 01332 548911 (this number is manned 24/7). As well as having a clinician as your main point of contact, your beloved pet will be looked after by our nursing team who will keep you updated throughout their stay.

When you arrive, the referral reception desk is in front of the main doors. The referral desk is clearly signposted for you.
