These T&Cs apply to the "Lameness clinic" offer. (“the Offer") The Offer is available at Pride Veterinary Referrals only and entitles clients to 10% Off an initial Physiotherapy Consult (“the Offer Price”) (with payments to be made in accordance with Pride Veterinary Referrals’ standard payment terms). This consult price is usually £98, and therefore the special offer outlined above has a £9.80 saving.
The Offer is available from midnight on 7th April 2026 until 23:59 on 19th May 2026 (“the Offer Period”). The Offer and the Offer Price includes an initial consultation with our physiotherapist that is booked within the Offer Period. The Offer and Offer Price are not available to clients who have previously purchased Physiotherapy services from Pride Veterinary Referrals (before 7th April 2026). The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Any treatments, medication or surgeries, if deemed reasonably required by the attending vet, will be charged at an additional cost, upon receiving consent from the pet owner. Any follow-up consultations or investigations related to findings during the physiotherapy consultation are excluded.
The Offer must be booked within the Offer Period. To redeem the Offer, you must call Pride Veterinary Referrals directly and book an appointment. The Offer is subject to availability. Pride Veterinary Referrals reserves the right to withdraw, terminate, modify and/or suspend the Offer at any time. Pride Veterinary Referrals shall not be liable for any losses (whether financial or otherwise) arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of the Offer or any failure or inability of a client to take advantage of the Offer for any reason, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law in which case that liability is limited to the minimum amount allowable by law.
