Julie Todd BVMS CertVR CertVC MRCVS

Julie graduated from Glasgow Veterinary School, and has worked in small animal practice since then. She spent 10 years mainly in private practice in London, obtaining the RCVS Certificate in Veterinary Radiology in 1996.

In 2000 she joined the Scarsdale Veterinary Group, where she furthered her interest in ultrasound and , passing the RCVS Certificate in Veterinary Cardiology in 2008. Julie became an Associate Partner in 2011.
Julie enjoys all aspects of veterinary cardiology, but especially congenital heart disease, and the challenges in managing chronic congestive heart failure cases.  Cases of episodic collapse are investigated in the department working in conjunction with colleagues in neurology and medicine. Julie is happy to be contacted to discuss both management and referral of cardiac cases.

She can also be seen regularly presenting at our CPD and Clinical Club events at Pride Veterinary Centre.

Outside of work, Julie enjoys spending time with her young son, dog Milly, and with her cats Alvin and Eva.
